My love for Surreal Images

Creating is Art Surreal images

Surreal Images Photo manipulation allows the photographer to create unique images. Surreal Images that can reflect our own dreams and emotions or the client’s lifestyle. Surrealism has always intrigued and amazed me. So I decided to go deeper and learn how to create them. All images you see here were created from scratch.  I built the oceans, the skies, the landscape. The people are models or clients I photographed in the past. I’m planing to start a “series” of shoots this year to create enough material for a gallery show. Keep tuned! Surreal images

Bridal Couture Stowe VT

Exploring Video-Fusion

I’ve always loved videography. For me, Videography is the live emotions of a photograph. After a while postponing to start learning about video-fusion and start including it in my Collections, I decided it was time to spice it up my artistic view and adventured myself into it. I’m just in love! I found it to have a life of it’s own. After I capture the videoclips, I just know where and how I want them to fit in my photography timeline. I’m really enjoying it! Bridal Couture

Meagan was one of my brides from last year, super excited to have her Bridal Couture Session.  I chose Stowe, VT because I love it there. You find spots everywhere playing as the perfect backdrop.

Bridal Couture

Bridal Couture or Portrait Couture is something every woman should do for themselves. It’s a fun and beautiful experience.

Fairytale shoot in Stowe VT

Caidence the Fairy

What a perfect holiday weekend for a fairytale shoot at Moss Glen Falls in Stowe VT. I got to achieve the exact look I was looking for (I feel so accomplished when that happens!). I was looking for a fairy look. The fairy in her own world, followed by the butterfly that appears to be her pet. Hair and makeup was a challenge. I had to do it myself and Caidence has a gorgeous thick hair that I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to style it myself. Makeup was easier. I sewed the  tule skirt on the last minute and it was a perfect fit.

Wedding inspiration Efflorescence

How to start talking about this shoot? It was an amazing and magical day. Great team work, a list of top Vermont Wedding vendors and a location to inspire your heart and renew your soul. In collaboration with VT Enchanted Events & Jayson Munn Designs we’ve realized our vision precisely from the concept. From the location scouting to my hunt for the perfect Mirror, everything just came to be perfect.

A special thank you to Sara Crowley who went out of her way to complete a perfect makeup and hairstyle 😉  Also to Elaine Mcabe & her husband (from Red Kite Candy), and Brent (Jayson’s partner) who helped us so much with the props.

Enjoy “Efflorescence”. Our Wedding Inspiration to you!

Spring Wedding Inspiration

Romantic Nostalgia

I would like to star this post thanking The Richmond Historical Society for allowing us to shoot at the city’s Old Round Church. The Church is a historical landmark, built between 1872 and 1814. It’s beautiful and so charming. Perfect for small weddings. Contact them to learn about their rates, you will be surprised.

Now lets talk about sweetness. Danielle Devlin from Bakearia brought us delicious pieces of heaven, inspired by the 50’s culinary. I couldn’t pick a favorite. The Pistachio Violet Eclairs and Macarons matching our theme colors. So, the desserts were not only delish, but beautiful as well.

Creative Muse Floral Designs created the most beautiful floral designs with locally grown and foraged flowers. The unbelievable and recognizable touches of Sarah Jo aways amazes me.  I picked a color palette that inspired me for a spring wedding and she transformed it into pieces of art blending all the theme together.   17082_10204171265825425_6971230653410067339_n

It was a pretty cold day for spring, but our model Hannah Marshall was a trooper and gorgeous all the way! Flawless makeup & hairstyle by Beatriz Jarvis & Sarah Crowley.

Ballerina Bride

Bridal Portrait Couture

I had so much fun photographing Heather. She is a great actress, singer, piano player & dancer! She is the complete package 😉 If you like a good play, you probably have seen her acting somewhere in Vermont. The dress: the first dress you see is a Love Marley, Penelope Wedding gown from Fiori Bridal. So delicate and almost magical. The location: Richmond library. Perfect light was our charm for the day.
